Shipping & Payment Info

Our Shipping and Payment Policy:

Payments are only accepted via PayPal (through our website) or via an EFT. We do not accept Cash or Debit/Credit Card Payments. Once an EFT payment clears into our account, we then begin processing your order. All orders require 3-7 working days to produce; this is subject to slight variations if we experience resource limitations with our suppliers. If we do not receive payment on an order, we will then cancel the order after a period of 72 hours.

We ensure that your order is packed and sealed to avoid any theft or breakage. You agree that once we hand the parcel over to the delivery team, we are not responsible for any theft, damage or loss-and will not be liable to provide a refund or any compensation. We also provide our customers with tracking links and tracking numbers once we have submitted the parcel. Delivery is subject to these times:

• Delivery via Aramex: Approximately 2-5 working days to your door.
• Delivery via PUDO: Approximately 2-5 working days to your nearest locker.
• Delivery via Paxi: Approximately 7-9 working days to your nearest PEP Store.
• Delivery via Postnet-2-Postnet: Approximately 2-5 working days to your nearest Postnet Store.
