The item must be in the same condition with any tags and packaging which were included when sent out in order to be eligible. This means that the item and packaging must still be new and without any damage at all. You agree that any travel or courier costs are the responsibility of the customer and you will not be compensated.

This policy does not apply to any Clothing items, Mugs, Posters, Bookmarks, and Custom Clothing and Items. This does also not apply to any items in which sanitation is compromised, e.g. Earrings

This policy does not cover any Courier damages (Please see our Shipping and Payment Policy)
